Custer State Park

 Custer State Park is a sprawling natural area known for its stunning landscapes, diverse wildlife, and recreational opportunities. Covering almost 75,000 acres, it features many miles of rolling hills, towering granite peaks and spires, and spectacular scenic drives such as the Wildlife Loop Road. President Calvin Coolidge and first lady Grace spent the summer of 1927 here, and today the park is home to a robust and thriving population of bison, elk, and other wildlife, ensuring a memorable and exciting experience for every visitor.
